Annual Evaluations are $40 per student and $15 for siblings. Each evaluation requires the following:
Five digital samples from each subject area. These should range from early in the school year to the present.
A rough report card for the year. This can be final grades for the year.
The annual evaluation form for your county in Florida
A teleconference to meet the student and the parent. The conversation will be simple questions regarding the school year (i.e. tell me about your favorite assignment, least favorite, etc.)
Payment is accepted through Venmo or Zelle and collected during the teleconference.
