K-8 Reading Instruction

Our academy utilizes the UFLI Foundations program designed by the University of Florida Literacy Institute.  

Each reading session is roughly 45 minutes in length.  The first session is completed in person to carefully assess your child's needs, then the remaining sessions will be virtual.  Students must have a device with a touch screen and headphones.  We strongly believe that struggling learners need a minimum of three reading sessions per week to make significant gains.  While we cannot guarantee exactly when your child will be reading at grade level, we can promise to provide a positive, supportive environment where growth, confidence, and a love of learning are encouraged every step of the way.
